This blog is going to be geared towards our UF Unlimited members, however I encourage all of you to read along and learn more about what this membership tier has to offer. This ranges from unlimited class access, public gym usage, and access to our class programming software, TeamBuildr.
This past week everyone within our Unlimited membership should have received an email from a company called TeamBuildr. This is not a spam email so I encourage you to look back in your inboxes and follow the required steps if you have not done so already. This will be a very simple setup, all you need to do is create a password login for the email account we have on file.
Once you’ve created the login, you will have full access to view the workout programming for our #Powerful class. This will allow you to see every workout past/present from this time forward. This will also allow you to input the weights you used for each exercise during class, allowing you to track progressive overload and gains! This can also be a helpful tool depending on your time schedule or travel. Can’t make a certain class due to schedule conflicts or travel? No worries, you’ll now be able to follow along with class on your own!
This platform is also available in the App store. Feel free to download the app “TeamBuildr Training”, it has recently been updated and is extremely simple to use! Please feel free to reach me via email or stop me in person if you have additional questions!
